What is Pitch? Pitch is musical, pitch is tar, pitch is to strike with, pitch is ground.

All of these meanings goes back to the same word…‘pitch’.

Philosophy (I just philosophised) is actually a language game. (Apparently this is something that Wittgenstein already argued.)

So yeah, basically then philosophy is just saying things in a particular order. That is it. It is just one way of arranging words. If everything is language based then philosophy just becomes one way of ordering words. Every subject in the world becomes nothing but a particular way of ordering words. We are all words or texts read by people. Actually if you extend it, then it is just a way of ordering sounds.

Pascal says words ordered differently produce different meanings, and meanings ordered differently produce different effects.

When we connect Heidegger here, it is language is the house of Being.

So Being dwells in language.
